Purchase & Installation Process

  1. Yard Visit — our team meets with the client at their project site to discuss client desires and to gather information to prepare a quote.
  2. Assembling the Team — we will organize the project by meeting with the electrician, fence installer, and gas installer. At this time we will prepare paperwork for permits.
  3. Excavation — heavy machinery will be brought to your site and the hole will be dug.
  4. Pool & Equipment Delivery — the pool and equipment arrive on a trailer at your project site.
  5. Setting the Pool — depending on the site and the access to it, the pool is either picked with a crane or lifted into place with an excavator.
  6. Vinyl Liner Assembly — for a vinyl liner pool, the walls are bolted together and a concrete collar is installed below grade at the base to stabilize the structure. The pool bottom is then built from concrete, vermiculite, sand, or a combination, and the vinyl liner is installed.
  7. Decorative Concrete Pool Deck — for both vinyl liner and fiberglass pools, we finish the project by installing a decorative concrete pool deck.
